PixPerfect ("we", "our", or "the app") is an iOS application developed by Mohammed Rokon Uddin that provides AI-powered photo editing, including object selection and inpainting (object removal). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how.

By using PixPerfect, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3.On-Device AI Processing

All AI features in PixPerfect run entirely on your device using Apple's CoreML framework and bundled machine-learning models:

• LaMa (Large Mask inpainting) — removes selected objects and fills the region realistically.
• DeepLabV3 — performs semantic segmentation to identify objects in a photo.
• Apple Vision framework — assists with object detection and selection refinement.

These models are embedded in the app and execute locally using your device's Neural Engine or GPU. No image data, model inputs, or outputs are transmitted to any external server.

4.Photo Library Access

PixPerfect requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select images for editing. Specifically:

• We request read access when you open an image for editing.
• We request write access only when you choose to save an edited photo back to your library.
• We never read, index, scan, or analyse photos beyond the single image you explicitly open.

You can revoke photo library access at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → PixPerfect.

5.In-App Purchases

PixPerfect offers an optional Pro upgrade (product ID: com.rokon.uddin.PixPerfect.pro) that unlocks unlimited exports and additional features. All purchase and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We:

• Never see, store, or process your payment card or banking information.
• Only receive a verification token from Apple confirming whether a valid purchase exists.
• Store a local boolean flag on your device indicating Pro status.

6.Analytics & Crash Reporting

PixPerfect does not integrate any third-party analytics SDK (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude). We do not track feature usage, session duration, or any behavioural metrics.

iOS may collect anonymised crash reports and device diagnostics if you have enabled Share iPhone Analytics in your iOS settings. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not directly accessible to us unless Apple surfaces it through App Store Connect aggregated crash reports.

7.Children's Privacy

PixPerfect is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8.Data Retention

Because all data remains on your device, you control its lifecycle:

• App preferences are stored in UserDefaults and are deleted when you delete the app.
• Edited photos you save go to your own photo library and are managed by you through the Photos app.
• Purchase status is restorable at any time through Apple's StoreKit restore-purchases mechanism.

Deleting PixPerfect from your device removes all locally stored app data immediately.

9.Your Rights

Because PixPerfect does not collect or store personal data on our servers, most traditional data-subject requests (access, erasure, portability) are satisfied by you directly through your device. However, you have the right to:

• Revoke photo library permission at any time via iOS Settings.
• Delete all app data by uninstalling PixPerfect.
• Contact us with any privacy question or concern (see below).

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through an in-app notice or App Store release notes.

Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
